MINA, N.Y. (WKBW) — Chautauqua County Sheriff's Deputies say that two men from Ohio have been charged with allegedly snowmobiling while intoxicated in the Town of Mina.

Authorities say 48-year-old Joseph Mcabier of Chagrin Falls, Ohio and 58-year-old Daniel Lostock of Kent, Ohio were found to be snowmobiling while intoxicated and were taken into custody, around 12:30 Sunday morning.

Deputies say both Mcabier and Lostock refused to take breathalyzer tests, and were eventually released by authorities.

Mcabier and Lostock will appear in Town of Mina Court at a later date.
