WHEATFIELD, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Niagara County Sheriff's Office says one man is under arrest, charged with setting fire to the Days Inn hotel on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Wheatfield.
Police say 63 year old Richard Pesono of Buffalo is charged with arson.
The fire started around 5:30 Saturday morning, spreading to several rooms before it was put out.
Firefighters went room to room evacuating those still inside of the hotel.
Two people suffered minor injuries.
