NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WKBW) — United States Marshals announced on April 14 that they have located a Niagara Falls man who was previously charged and arrested for producing child pornography.
Authorities say 66-year-old Carl Anthony was located and arrested in San Diego, California. He was wanted for violating his bail for allegedly cutting off his ankle monitor on Friday, April 3.
Anthony was charged and arrested after he was accused of filming a 13-year-old girl who was changing and showering.
According to the U.S. Marshals, Anthony had been living on a boat rented by an acquaintance and was taken into custody immediately after exiting the boat.
