BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — A mother and her one-year-old baby in need of a ventilator to breath were stuck in a home without power because of the storm.
After taking to social media, a group of strangers from Niagara Falls came to Buffalo to help dig out the family, paving the way for medical attention for the toddler.
