Woman admits to helping her husband commit Northtowns robberies

TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Town of Tonawanda woman has admitted to helping her husband commit several robberies in the Northtowns.

According to the Erie County District Attorney's Office, 45-year-old Heather Jenkins pleaded guilty to three counts of robbery.

Prosecutors say Jenkins and her husband stole from three gas station stores in Amherst and Town of Tonawanda between February and March 2019.

Justin Jenkins admitted to committing six robberies back in May.

Heather Jenkins faces up to 21 years in prison when she is sentenced in November. Justin Jenkins faces up to 45 years in prison when he is sentenced in September.
