If you watched the second day of the 2018 NFL Draft in Dallas you probably know Ezra Castro.
Well, sort of.
A lifelong Bills fan living in Dallas, Castro who is known as Pancho Billa, has been a vocal and passionate supporter of the Bills on social media and in the lone star state.
Last year, Castro learned he was in for a battle tougher than anything you'd find on the football field.
"It's stage four, metastatic carcinoma..."
Castro learned about the cancer, mainly spreading in his liver in November.
Since he was diagnosed, he has spent months undergoing chemotherapy.
"I have two loving kids, a loving girlfriend and I'm only 39-years-old. Within that instant I thought of that real quick and I said, no, I'm going to fight."
In the last few months, Castro has received hundreds of well wishes from Bills fans everywhere. Most of them he has never met, but when it comes to Bills fans, he is never surprised.
"Accepting me from Texas, that's awesome," Castro added. "It just shows you what kind of people live in Buffalo."
