A former LPCiminelli executive was in federal court in Manhattan on Friday to plead guilty in connection to the "Buffalo Billion" investigation, according to his attorney.
Kevin Schuler was scheduled for a change of plea hearing. He has previously pleaded not guilty in the case.
He pleaded guilty to wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud. A bribery charge was dismissed.
Schuler is one of three men accused of participating in a bid-rigging scheme.
He could face 40 years in prison when he is sentenced.
