The bad weather gave some tourists the cold shoulder Sunday morning in Niagara Falls.
The Maid of the Mist tour boats never left the dock because of icy conditions on the landing.
Crews used salt to help melt the ice, but the mist from the Falls kept the deck frozen all day.
