BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Gas prices are down to $2.13 nationally, which is 13 cents lower per gallon from just one week ago.

Over the last two weeks, gas is down nationally by 25 cents per gallon.

Western New York has also seen a decline in gas prices, as the average price for a gallon of gas fell four cents to $2.41 in Buffalo, and three cents in Batavia to $2.45 per gallon.

Gas is down statewide as well, falling nine cents per gallon from last week to $2.40.

Experts say the decline is due to the lack of travel relating to the spread of the coronavirus.
