BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Gas prices continue to drop nationwide as the coronavirus pandemic rages on.

According to AAA, the average price for a gallon of gas nationwide is down to $1.93, while the average in Buffalo fell to $2.33 per gallon.

The average gas price also dropped in Batavia to $2.38 this week.

New York state remains one of the most expensive places to purchase a gallon of gas with the state average at $2.30.
