BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Gas prices in Western New York haven't changed significantly, while prices lowered nationwide.
AAA of Western and Central New York says the average price per gallon of gas prices is down one cent from last week in Buffalo ($2.53), and the same in Batavia from last week at $2.59 per gallon.
Experts say the reason gas prices have decreased nationally is due to the decrease in oil demand from COVID-19.
Gas prices in Buffalo are lower than the average statewide at $2.59 per gallon.
