The Buffalo man who prosecutors say rammed his car into the gates of the FBI's building in downtown Buffalo will answer to charges in court.
Robert Lowe, 35, was arrested and charged with depredation of government property after police say he repeatedly ran into the gates the night of March 30th. Prosecutors say Lowe caused $50,000 damage.
The charge has a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison, and a $1,000 fine.
He'll appear before Judge Schroeder in U.S. Federal Court at 2:00 p.m. Friday.
