The man accused of torching a North Tonawanda firefighter's house last week is out of jail.
Matthew Jurado, 39, paid his bail Monday at Niagara County Jail. Jurado has pleaded not guilty to felony arson after being charged with setting a fire in Kenneth Walker's attic.
He denies writing a racist letter earlier in the week, threatening Walker.
Jurado will be back in court Thursday, August 11.
