Buffalo Police have arrested a man after he falsely reported a terrorist threat.
Police say Jason Claar, 39, of Buffalo called 911 and made terrorist threats on August 23. Clarr claimed he had placed eight pipe bombs inside the South District police station.
BPD searched the station and no pipe bombs were found.
