After a lengthy investigation, law enforcement issued an arrest warrant for the man accused of robbing a Five Star Bank in Cattaraugus County.
Stacy Spencer, 27, was arrested Tuesday at about 10 a.m. for third degree attempted robbery and petit larceny.
The bank is located at 124 West State Street.
Spencer is currently in the Cattaraugus County jail on unrelated charges.
