Wellsville Police say a man is charged after two incidents involving a minor.
This month, police say Jude Wahl Jr., 25, was charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child after an incident on Pleasant Street in the Village of Wellsville.
Wahl was also charged with disseminating indecent material and endangering the welfare of a child from an incident on the same street in July 2016, according to officers.
Wahl was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $7,500 bail.
He is due back in court on February 21.
