A 22-year-old man is lucky to be alive, after police say he admitted to swallowing heroin at the city court lock-up in Buffalo.
Buffalo Police spokesperson Mike DeGeorge tells 7 Eyewitness News that responding emergency crews used naloxone to revive the man, Monday morning.
No additional details are being released at this point.
