A Buffalo man was sentenced to 65 years in prison this morning for shooting two people during a fight in North Tonawanda, killing one.

Dominick Cruz was sentenced for a number of charges, including second degree murder, for shooting and killing 25-year-old Mark Sternin and shooting 24-year-old Tyler Sadauskas.  Police say the two men got in a fight with Cruz, who they didn't know, and were then shot in a parking lot on Manhattan Street and Tremont in January.

Police were searching for Cruz in the days following the shooting.  When they went to his work at Speed Global Services in Tonawanda they say he took off.  He was later found and arrested in Pennsylvania.
