Man stabbed in apparent domestic dispute

Buffalo Police are investigating a stabbing that happened just before 7:30 Sunday night.
Police say a 21-year-old man from Buffalo was stabbed during a domestic incident. He was taken to ECMC with serious injuries.
Police did not say anything about a suspect.
