A Buffalo man was charged with DWI Tuesday after police warned him not to drive.
City of Tonawanda Police say Ronald Bracikowski was involved in an incident at a bar on Main Street and was told by officers not to drive.
An hour later, officers say they saw a man urinating on the street, get into a car and drive away.
Police say Bracikowski showed signs of intoxication and was charged with DWI, operating over a .08 BAC, disorderly conduct, driving with no license and leaving a motor vehicle unattended while driving.
According to police, Bracikowski blew a .14 BAC and was held on $250 bail.
