Buffalo police are looking into an incident on Main street near UB South.
Officers responded to reports of a pedestrian in a wheelchair going in and out of traffic just after 2am. They say a taxicab traveling southbound in the 3300 block of Main Street struck the 64-year old man who was in the middle of the road.
An eyewitness sent us video of a crash. The eyewitness also says the driver tried to leave the scene but she chased the driver down and they stopped.
According to police, The 64 year old man was transported to ECMC to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
No charges have been filed at this time.
