They are the men looking to take the reigns as Erie County's newest District Attorney.  But before that can happen, they must survive Tuesday's Primary Elections.

Polls are open in Erie County from 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13.

Erie County District Attorney Candidates:

Candidate: John J. Flynn

 

Party: Democrat

Current Occupation: Town Attorney in Tonawanda, Commander in the U.S. Naval Reserve and attorney in private practice.

Party: Democrat

Current Occupation: Acting Erie County District Attorney.
