A New York mother panicked when her 5-year-old son did not arrive as scheduled on a plane at New York's JFK Airport.
Turns out, the little boy was hundreds of miles away in Boston, because of a mix-up with Jet Blue airlines.
Maribel Martinez went to pick up her son, but another boy was on the plane with her son's passport .
The boy was flying alone from the Dominican Republic, and Martinez even paid an extra $100 to have him accompanied by a flight attendant.
About three hours passed before Jet Blue figured out what happened. Martinez wants investigators to look into where the flight attendant was when her son got lost.
