A motorcycle rider has been charged with DWI after getting pulled over for speeding in Genesee County.
Police arrested 27-year-old Jon Merritt just after 2:30 Sunday morning. He was pulled over on East Main Street in Batavia.
Merritt was also charged with driving alone with his motorcycle learners permit.
