SAN DIEGO — A 4.5-magnitude earthquake rocked areas of Mexico just beyond San Diego's border Saturday.

The quake hit about 67 km northeast of Camalu, Mexico, on the Baja California peninsula at about 7:15 a.m., or about 145 miles from San Diego's border.

The U.S. Geological Survey recorded the shakeup at a depth of about 10 km.

No injuries or damages were reported as a result of the earthquake.

According to the USGS' "Did You Feel It?" map, the rattle could be felt throughout Ensenada and San Felipe in Baja, and as far north as El Cajon and San Diego.
