BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The World Small Animal Veterinary Association reports there is no evidence that companion animals can be infected or spread COVID-19. But the WSAVA says it still recommends people limit contact with animals if they are sick with the virus.
There are canine coronavirus vaccines available, however they are mean to protect against gastrointestinal infections and are not licensed for protection against respiratory infections.
