A week after he was hospitalized for exhaustion and dehydration, Kanye West still has not been deemed well enough for release, reports say.
Shortly after being taken to the UCLA Medical Center last Monday, reports emerged that West would be released following the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. But according to TMZ, West is “not even close” to being well enough to be sent home.
According to TMZ, West is suffering from extreme paranoia in addition to exhaustion and dehydration.
West’s wife, Kim Kardashian is also reportedly by his side. Last Monday, she was scheduled to make her first public appearance since she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris in October. However, she quickly canceled and flew back to Los Angeles after West was hospitalized.
West's hospitalization came after a week of bizarre behavior. He arrived late to a tour stop in Sacramento, California and canceled the show after just three songs on Nov. 21. He later canceled the remainder of his shows scheduled on the St. Pablo Tour, which was slated to run throughout the country through the end of the year.
