A woman is facing charges after leading Ohio Highway State Patrol on a chase in a stolen car Wednesday while she was naked.

Shelly Joiner is charged with fleeing and receiving stolen property after she led troopers on a 30-mile pursuit on an expressway in northeast Ohio, according to a news release.

Troopers attempted to stop Joiner in the southbound lane of I-77. As troopers approached Joiner, who was in the driver's seat without any clothes, she drove away and reached a speed of about 130 miles per hour.

Eventually, Joiner was stopped by a roadblock the troopers conducted. The vehicle hit a patrol car, lost control and ran into a grass embankment.

Joiner put her clothes on as she was driving, the release said.

Troopers determined the vehicle Joiner was driving was stolen from Akron.

She was given a breath and urine test. Joiner appeared in court Thursday for an arraignment.
