New AMC theater signs coming to Main Street

The Benchmark Group has filed plans to hang new AMC Theater signs at the new location being built on Main Street.

In February, AMC Theaters told 7 Eyewitness News the 'AMC Market Arcade 8' would be "on schedule' to open later this summer.

The company shared the update but would not go into detail about a construction schedule for the Main Street property. 

AMC Theaters announced a long-term lease agreement with the Benchmark Group which owns the Market Arcade last August. At the time AMC said construction would begin by early 2018. 

The AMC Market Arcade 8 will feature eight auditoriums in the 35,000 square foot building.
