A mixed-use building under construction in the Elmwood Village is nearly halfway complete.
Concept Construction says the 44,000-square foot building at 905 Elmwood Avenue is nearing the halfway point and released a photo of what they anticipate the finished $8 million building will look like.
Work began at the Elmwood and Delavan site in late 2015 and is expected to be completed in late 2016.
The building will feature 21 luxury apartments, several of which will have outdoor balconies, a two-story restaurant and retail space.
