The next time you eat sushi, you can be sure the tuna is actually tuna, and not some cheaper look-alike.

A new New York State law requires any fish labeled as "white tuna" to come from tuna.  Restaurants and markets sometimes try and pass off other types of fish as tuna, because tuna is more expensive.
