The Niagara County Sheriff's Office announced the arrest of 25-year-old Joshua F. Denisco for third degree burglary.
Hilltop owners found an unknown white male in the restaurant kitchen at 3 a.m. Denisco was identified as the burglar after matching the description given by restaurant owners. He had two bottles of liquor reported stolen from the restaurant.
Denisco was arraigned in the Town of Lockport with bail set at $5,000. He will return to Lockport Town Court on September 12th.
