Niagara Falls Police, acting on a tip after a surveillance photo was published by local media, arrested Joshua Gage Dionne, 24, on multiple charges related to armed robberies of the same 7-11 store.

Dionne, of Niagara Street in Niagara Falls, displayed a knife while robbing the Pine Avenue location of $20.00 in the first crime. During a second attempt, Dionne again displayed a knife, but the cashier began to scream and Dionne fled before being given any money.

He is currently being held at the Niagara County Jail.
