The Democratic primary for mayor in Niagara Falls remains too close to call.
According to the Niagara County Board of Election's website, incumbent mayor Paul Dyster leads city councilman Glenn Choolokian by 73 votes, with 100 percent of precincts reporting. More than 4,000 votes were cast in the primary.
Absentee votes are still outstanding. It's unclear how many absentee ballots were sent in.
