A 5-year-old boy is recovering at Women and Children's Hospital after he was hit by a car Thursday night.
The boy was riding his bike when he was hit, about 6:30 p.m. on Livingston Avenue in Niagara Falls. Police say the boy came out of an alleyway and was hit by the car.
The boy was taken to Women and Children's Hospital by Rural Metro crews.
The 31-year-old driver from Niagara Falls is not facing any charges.
