A nurse practitioner from West Seneca is facing jail time after pleading guilty to drug charges.
Brandon Coburn, of West Seneca, admitted that he issued more than 250 prescriptions without any medical purpose, for drugs like fentanyl and oxycodone.
Between 2013 and 2015, prosecutors day that at least five people filled the prescriptions that Coburn gave them to sell the drugs on the street.
Those five people have since been convicted for their role in the case.
Coburn has surrendered his license.
Coburn faces up to 20 years in prison when he is sentenced in August.
