A New York state agency is set to vote Wednesday on a $25 million proposal to purchase dozens of properties in Niagara Falls.
USA Niagara Development Corporation is meeting around 2:00 p.m. to discuss buying the property owned by Joseph "Smokin' Joe" Anderson.
The state is looking to acquire about 11 acres of land in the agreement. The $25 million in state funding would come from the Buffalo Billion II program.
