Fredonia Police are investigating after a guest leaving a party at 80 Center Street Fredonia was shot after getting into her car.
Police say the party took place at a residence rented by Rafel Quiles and Alysha Wilson. When the victim left the party, she got into her car and another guest fired three to four rounds at the car as she sat in the driveway, according to officers.
Police say three rounds hit the car, one hitting the windshield directly in front of the driver's seat.
Neither the victim nor Quiles were willing to help police once they arrived at the scene.
