The victim involved in a shooting in Jamestown Tuesday morning has now passed away, according to police. Investigators tell us the victim was taken off life support just after noon on Wednesday.
The incident happened just before 9 a.m, Tuesday in front of 114 Livingston Avenue.
54-year-old David Waggoner is now under arrest and second-degree murder charges are now pending.
