Following an investigation, the Erie County District Attorney's Office announced the arraignment of an Orchard Park who is alleged to have posted threats to another individual on social media while displaying a gun.
25-year-old Dino Bruscia faces 2nd Degree counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Aggravated Harassment.
Members of the Buffalo Police Intel Unit, Erie Crime Analysis Center and the Tactical Prosecution Unit worked together to identify and locate Bruscia. Search warrants were prepared as well to lead to Bruscia's arrest and recovery of important evidence.
Bruscia faces a maximum of 15 years in prison. He's set to return to court on March 14 at 10:30 a.m.
