Hey, Buffalo, you may have money you didn't know you had.
On Thursday, Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli and Mayor Bryon Brown announced a total of $88 million of lost money can be claimed by Buffalonians.
And that's just in Buffalo. There is $14.5 statewide just waiting to be claimed.
These funds range from forgotten accounts, to deceased family members' funds to trusts.
