Pedal, party, float! Buffalo Cycleboats expands for second season

To keep from turning customers away, Buffalo CycleBoats has expanded for its second season cruising Buffalo's waterways.

The company, started by friends, has added a second boat to its fleet and found a new docking location. The boats are now docked at 301 Ohio Street, directly across from last season's space at Buffalo Riverworks.

Tours were selling out before Buffalo CycleBoats even began operating in the summer of 2017. To meet that demand, owner Brandon Bova added the "Silo Seeker", named for the area where guests paddle their 30-foot long catamaran.

The boat is propelled by a large rear paddle, powered by 10 pedal stations! Each boat can hold 16 guests, 10 at pedal stations and six on bench seating.

To continue your party on land, Buffalo CycleBoats is partnering with Consumers Craft Cruiser, offering tastings on board both the bike and the boat to supplement all of your refreshments you bring along!

You bring your own food and beverages on board, including wine and beer.
