The crash happened around 9:15 p.m. Tuesday.
The Niagara County Sheriff's Office said that several deputies along with Sheriff James Voutour found 80-year old Walter White in the eastbound lane. White was killed on impact.
Accident investigators said it appears that a motorcycle traveling eastbound on Stone Road hit White who was in the same lane. It was not known why the victim was in the road.
The motorcyclist was thrown from the bike and found in a nearby yard. An ambulance transported the victim to Eastern Niagara Hospital in Lockport for treatment.
