An Angola woman is facing a charge of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated after New York State Police say she was driving with a blood alcohol content more than three times the legal limit.
Police stopped Kathleen Schmeh, 42, on the I-190 Sunday for multiple traffic violations. She was taken to state police barracks in Buffalo, where investigators say her BAC was recorded at 0.25 percent. The legal limit for driving in New York is under 0.08 percent.
Schmeh is due to appear in Buffalo city court on May 4.
