An Albion man is charged with criminal sex and endangering charges after deputies say he had unlawful contact with a 14-year-old girl.
The Orleans County Sheriff's Office says 22-year-old Nicholas Preston is charged with Rape in the Second Degree, Criminal Sexual Act in the Third Degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Deputies say the incident happened in the Town of Ridgeway.
Preston was remanded to the Orleans County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or bond.
