An Amherst man was arrested Friday and charged with possessing child pornography.
A search warrant executed at Jody Rosen’s home uncovered several computers that contained child porn images and video, State Police say. The 43-year-old has been charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child, both felonies.
He is due back in Amherst Town Court on December 17.
