An Orchard Park man was arrested for his fourth alcohol-related offense Tuesday night after being stopped on an ATV.
Police were called around 9:40 p.m. to Michael Road after complaints that a man was driving an ATV on the roadway. Officers arrived and stopped 44-year-old Eric Wannemacher, who they say admitted he had been drinking and failed field sobriety tests.
Wannemacher was arrested and charged with DWI, driving on a suspended license, unlicensed operation and several traffic violations.
He refused a breath test at the station, where officers discovered his license is suspended due to a previous alcohol-related conviction. Wannemacher is facing an additional charge of felony driving on a suspended license.
Police say this is his fourth alcohol-related driving arrest in Orchard Park.
