A 21-year-old man is accused of stealing beer from a grocery store and then taking it to an underage drinking party.
Deputies were called to the Tops in Warsaw, after clerks say two young men grabbed three 30-pack of beers and fled the store.
Authorities tracked one of the men, Kolton Cotter of Albion, to an underage drinking party in Perry, where he was arrested.
Cotter is charged with larceny and unlawfully dealing with a child. After being arraigned, Cotter was taken to the Wyoming County Jail on $5,000 bail.
His alleged accomplice remains at large. Deputies are still working to identify him. Anyone with information is asked to call 585-786-2255.
