State Police arrested a Tonawanda man for DWI early Thanksgiving morning who was driving on the shoulder of I-190 Northbound.

Troopers stopped David Moss around 2 a.m. and say the 53-year-old failed field sobriety tests. A breath test reportedly showed Moss had a BAC of .18 percent.

Moss was arrested for DWI. He is due back in court next month.
