A Buffalo Bills fan was caught by a deputy at Sunday’s game against Green Bay trying to steal the back of a seat, the Erie County Sheriff’s Office reports.
The unidentified man was spotted with the back of the seat, which had been removed from a section at Ralph Wilson Stadium with metal bench seating.
The man was charged with criminal mischief and is scheduled to return to court in January.
